  • Share a clear agenda
  • Appoint a meeting facilitator
  • Assign tasks
  • Set a start time
  • Start on time
  • Create a pleasant environment
  • Stay on track
  • Help people stay focused
  • Minimize distractions
  • Mute when you're not speaking to minimize noise
  • Finish the meeting with clear action items
  • Distribute meeting notes or a summary, including action items and deadlines
