 | Jeff Comeau, Director Jeffrey Comeau, Project Manager, Turnstone Jeff has been in construction since 2008 as an estimator and project manager in firestop, Division 10 specialties and overhead doors/dock equipment. He joined Turnstone Corporation in November of 2023 as project manager. He has been an active member of ABC since 2013. He was part of the ABC Young Professional Steering Committee for four years with the last two as Chairman. In his spare time, he’s usually at a concert, the movies, or playing disc golf. |
 | Kelli D’Amore, Treasurer Principal, Nathan Wechsler & Co. As a Principal with Nathan Wechsler, Kelli spends much of her time in the construction industry with a focus on general contractors. Through this work she has developed a strong understanding of contract reporting and key performance indicators for the industry. Kelli has a bachelor of science in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. |
 | Mike DiBacco, Director Vice President, DECCO Construction Mike joined the DECCO team in 2021 and oversees DECCO’s largest operating group. Mike graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Mike brings more than 25 years of construction experience in the life sciences market throughout New England and is sure to continue executing and promoting the DECCO difference. Mike works in tandem with the construction team to ensure projects are on time and on budget. |
 | Jay Edwards, Director Principal, Granite Financial Partners Jay earned a bachelor’s from Southern New Hampshire University and holds several industry accreditations, including Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and Chartered Financial Consultant®. He has also volunteered with groups like the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and the Audubon Society. Jay lives in Bedford, NH, and enjoys outdoor activities like flyfishing, hiking, and skiing with his family and dogs. |
 | Ryan Foye, Ex-Officio Vice President, FutureComp, USI Insurance Ryan has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. His career includes employment as a complex liability claims examiner responsible for the investigation and resolution management of high exposure contested liability tort claims and lawsuits; a broker specializing in personal risk and commercial property and casualty insurance and the primary marketing and sales officer for a Massachusetts based third party administrator (TPA). |
 | Susane Gilbert, Director Sue brings more than 25 years of experience in the architectural and construction industries, with a strong background in custom home design and community development. She joined NBC in 2022 and became one of its principals in 2025. Sue holds degrees in Mathematics, Architectural Engineering, and Accounting, along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. She is a LEED Green Associate. She is an active member of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction. In her free time, Sue enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is always up for a new adventure. |

 | Bill Hickey, Director President, The Turner Group Inc. Bill joined The Turner Group Inc. in 1987, as a structural engineer and was elected president in 2023. He has taken on the responsibilities of lead structural engineer and senior vice president of the architectural and structural engineering groups. Bill is active with various boards and committees, including serving on the ABC NH/VT Board since 2014. |
 | Eric Horner, National Director Vice President & Partner, The Rowley Agency Eric began his insurance career in 1988 working for a large, national insurance carrier in New Jersey as a claims adjuster. In 1995 Eric transitioned to commercial sales joining The Rowley Agency in 1999. A graduate of St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree, he also holds both the Associate in Claims and Certified Insurance Counselor Designations. Eric joined the ABC NH/VT Board of Directors in 2017. |

He began his career in the field and has grown with Metro Walls for nearly two decades, bringing a practical, hands-on perspective to his leadership. Bryan leads with a people-first approach and supports Metro Walls' continued success as a 100% employee-owned company. He has also been an active supporter of the Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT Chapter throughout Metro Walls' 20+ years of membership. |
 | Daryl Luter, Director President, Fulcrum Associates, Inc. Daryl has held many positions within the industry in the last 13 years, including positions in general carpentry, site supervision, project management, and senior management. He has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University where he collaborated with several community service organizations to help renew areas of the community through aesthetic downtown improvements and collaborative projects engaging the youth of the City by developing and overseeing large scale murals. |

He earned his A.A.S. in HVAC systems from Manchester Community College, and both his B.S. and M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.  | Thomas Sullivan Jr., Director Vice President of Development, Sullivan Construction Tom is the Vice President of Development at Sullivan Construction and is responsible for building new client relationships while wearing many other hats in the organization. Tom has a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Babson College. In his career he has progressed from laborer to assistant superintendent, then superintendent, and later worked as an estimator and project manager before reaching his current role. In his free time Tom enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, hiking and golfing. |
 | Kevin Thibodeau, Director COO, Hampshire Fire Protection, Inc., Co. Kevin Thibodeau graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1995. With 15 years of experience as a construction superintendent, he transitioned into the family business at Hampshire Fire, where he now serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all operations within HFP. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and skiing and is also a dedicated youth football coach in the town of Bedford. |
 | Gary Thomas, Past Chair and National Board Member President, NorthPoint Construction Management, LLC Gary has been in the construction and design field since 1980. He received his associate’s degree from UNH and a bachelor’s degree from Boston Architectural College. Gary is dedicated to the effort of advancing our construction community by mentoring and helping to inform the younger generations about our industry.
