An Update on COVID-19 Rulings

We are extremely disappointed that the 6th Circuit lifted the 5th Circuit’s stay of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, which applies to employers with 100 or more employees. Since the news broke late last week, multiple emergency appeals have already been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court.

The only question is: Will project owners and general contractors continue to use inadequate site analytics products, or will they embrace new technologies that aid in streamlining processes, minimizing mistakes, ensuring compliance and saving money?
