Workforce development is one of the biggest challenges facing residential and commercial construction companies.

NH's new Registered Carpentry Apprenticeship will help to address a critical workforce shortage by connecting employers with individuals interested in learning a trade.

Apprentices will receive 6,000 hours (3 years) of on-the-job training from an employer registered with the program and 455 hours of related instruction through Manchester Community College.
