Greg’s 35 year career in the electrical field began as an apprentice, progressing to Master Electrician, Job Site Foreman, on to Project Manager and now Vice-President. Greg joined the ABC NH/VT Board of Directors in 2020. Greg and his family love outdoor activities in NH that include skiing, biking, hiking the mountains, and the state’s many beaches and lakes.

As a Partner with Hinckley Allen, Ron’s practice is focused on all aspects of the construction industry. He has substantial experience representing general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, prefabricators, modular builders, suppliers, and owners/developers in construction-related matters, including all aspects of construction law, contractual disputes, lien work, bond claims, construction and design defect claims, bid disputes, in litigation and dispute resolution.

Jeff Comeau, Director
Estimator/Project Manager, BODE Equipment
Jeff has been in construction since 2008 as an estimator and project manager in firestop and division 10 specialties. He joined Bode Equipment in Londonderry in 2019 to head up their construction bidding division focusing on overhead doors and dock equipment. He has been an active member of ABC since 2013. He was part of the ABC Young Professional Steering Committee for four years with the last two as Chairman. In his spare time, he’s usually at a concert, the movies, or playing disc golf.

Kayla has worked in the construction industry for more than 5 years. She currently serves as chair of the ABC Young Professionals Group. She has a bachelor's degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Kelli D’Amore, Treasurer
Principal, Nathan Wechsler & Co.
As a Principal with Nathan Wechsler, Kelli spends much of her time in the construction industry with a focus on general contractors. Through this work she has developed a strong understanding of contract reporting and key performance indicators for the industry. Kelli has a bachelor of science in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Mike DiBacco, Board Member Vice President, DECCO Construction Mike joined the DECCO team in 2021 and oversees DECCO’s largest operating group. Mike graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Mike brings more than 25 years of construction experience in the life sciences market throughout New England and is sure to continue executing and promoting the DECCO difference. Mike works in tandem with the construction team to ensure projects are on time and on budget.

Ryan has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. His career includes employment as a complex liability claims examiner responsible for the investigation and resolution management of high exposure contested liability tort claims and lawsuits; a broker specializing in personal risk and commercial property and casualty insurance and the primary marketing and sales officer for a Massachusetts based third party administrator (TPA).

Bill Hickey, Director
President, The H.L. Turner Group Inc.
Bill joined The H.L. Turner Group Inc. in 1987, as a structural engineer and was elected president in 2023. He has taken on the responsibilities of lead structural engineer and senior vice president of the architectural and structural engineering groups. Bill is active with various boards and committees, including serving on the ABC NH/VT Board since 2014.

Eric Horner, 1st Vice Chair

Eric began his insurance career in 1988 working for a large, national insurance carrier in New Jersey as a claims adjuster. In 1995 Eric transitioned to commercial sales joining The Rowley Agency in 1999. A graduate of St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree, he also holds both the Associate in Claims and Certified Insurance Counselor Designations. Eric joined the ABC NH/VT Board of Directors in 2017.

Matt Johnson, Director
Shareholder, Divine Millimet
Matt’s work with Devine Millimet is with clients in all phases of real estate projects. He represents real estate agents, buyers, and sellers in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. He is the chair of the Manchester City Library Foundation in addition to serving on the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT Chapter. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, tennis, skiing, and cooking.

Daryl Luter, Director

Daryl has held many positions within the industry in the last 13 years, including positions in general carpentry, site supervision, project management, and senior management. He has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University where he collaborated with several community service organizations to help renew areas of the community through aesthetic downtown improvements and collaborative projects engaging the youth of the City by developing and overseeing large scale murals.

Will Long, National Director
Estimating Manager, Interstate Electrical Services Corporation
Will entered the construction industry in 1985 as an electrical apprentice at Interstate Electrical after graduating with an associate’s degree in Industrial Electricity from the NH Vocational Technical College. He was an Electrical Apprentice Instructor for the State of New Hampshire at the Manchester School of Technology for 17 years. Will joined the ABC NH/VT Board of Directors in 2014.

Joel Pickering, Director
President, Denron Plumbing & HVAC, LLC
In his role with Denron, Joel is responsible for assessing projects in pre-construction and ensuring their successful completion in production. He earned his A.A.S. in HVAC systems from Manchester Community College, and both his B.S. and M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University. Joel has taught as an adjunct instructor at MCC, and currently serves on the advisory board to the HVAC dept.

After spending several years working construction throughout New England, Dan attended Vermont Technical College and earned an associate’s degree in civil engineering. He has been with H.P. Cummings since 1987. Outside of work, Dan’s time is spent with family, coaching, being outdoors as much as possible and serving on local boards.

Gary has been in the construction and design field since 1980. He received his associate’s degree from UNH and a bachelor’s degree from Boston Architectural College. Gary is dedicated to the effort of advancing our construction community by mentoring and helping to inform the younger generations about our industry. He holds a firm focus on giving back to the community and remains an influential element of various organizations for education and opportunity in the community.

Matt Wheaton, Chair
Executive Vice President, DEW Construction
Matt oversees Estimating, Business Development, Preconstruction and Marketing at DEW Construction. His successful career in the construction industry began even before college — as a carpenter’s apprentice, where he was first exposed to all facets of residential construction. He went on to pursue the field of architecture, graduating with honors and receiving a Master of Architecture degree from Norwich University. Matt joined the ABC NH/VT Board of Directors in 2018.

Joshua Wise, Director Chief Executive Officer, LHR Fire Protection
Josh, president of LHR Fire Protection, worked for more than 16 years in fire protection services before founding LHR Fire, including 10 years as a firefighter. Wise has a degree in fire science and is a certified NH State Inspector and he is NH City/State licensed. Outside of work, Wise is a certified EMT, he volunteers as youth leader with his church, and enjoys spending time with his family.
