ABC NH/VT members Cianbro and Landry/French Construction were honored with 2021 National Safety Excellence Awards for their remarkable achievements in leadership, safety and innovation. 

ABC NH/VT member company Methuen Construction Co. Inc. won a national Excellence in Construction® award for their work on the Peirce Island Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrade in Portsmouth, NH.

Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT today announced 5 member companies were named to Associated Builders and Contractors’ 2022 Top Performers list, which ranks its commercial and industrial contractor members that build long-lasting, high-quality construction projects, based on work hours. The top performers are CIANBRO, DECCO, Inc., EMCOR Services New England Mechanical, Landry/French Construction Company and Structural Associates, Inc.

An Update on COVID-19 Rulings

We are extremely disappointed that the 6th Circuit lifted the 5th Circuit’s stay of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, which applies to employers with 100 or more employees. Since the news broke late last week, multiple emergency appeals have already been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court.
