ABC NH/VT Expands Basic Construction Law Program

The Associated Builders and Contractors of NH/VT, in partnership with law firm Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson has expanded their Basic Construction Law program to allow greater flexibility for interested individuals.

The program, now in it's third year, was created by Kelly Gagliuso, Esq. and is taught by a team of attorneys with active construction practices. Basic Constuction Law was offered as a six-part series for individuals intersted in delving into topics ranging from job documentation and health riders to mechanic's liens and dealing with OSHA.

New this year, individuals have the option to take single classes from within the series. The first class in the Basic Construction Law program begins Thursday, May 13. The full schedule is listed below. Contact Jennifer Landon with questions.
