Future Leaders in Construction

The Future Leaders in Construction program has been developed recognizing that the future of your company and the construction industry is dependant on effective leadership. Young construction professionals often struggle when they step up a level in their careers, taking on more management, marketing, finance and leadership tasks. Although they have the motivation and the technical understanding of the job, they often lack the organizational, communications, leadership and management perspective to continue to succeed and grow.

This program has been designed as an interactive exchange to develop results-oriented leadership for the emerging leaders of ABC member firms and the construction industry.
