National Peer Groups
ABC Peer Groups, similar to business exchange forums, are made up of contractors that meet regularly to discuss matters of business and personal interest. Some basic characteristics of ABC Peer Groups include:
~ Consist of six to ten members from similar size and type of company that do not share the same competitive market.
~ Typically meet two to three times per year.
~ Participants are responsible for their own meeting and travel costs.
~ Peer group members take turns chairing or hosting each meeting.
Peer groups offer ABC members the opportunity to interact with other business leaders that are dealing with a variety of similar issues. The dynamic setting serves to provide the opportunity to solve business problems, improve operations and discuss ideas and concerns.
