KELLY AYOTTE TO ADDRESS ABC MEMBERS AT FEBRUARY 18 EVENT (02/05/2010)

Kelly Ayotte, candidate for U.S. Senate, will meet and speak to ABC members at the February 18 Southern Region Networking event, at the Crown Plaza, in Nashua.

Kelly served for five years as New Hampshire’s attorney General where she earned a reputation as a tough on crime prosecutor. Prior to being appointed Attorney General Kelly served as the Deputy attorney General and Chief of the Homicide Unit. On the home front Kelly worked side by side with her husband to create a landscape and snow removal company. She understands the importance of small businesses to the New Hampshire economy and the direct impact fiscal decisions made in Washington can have on small business and the jobs they create.

A recent poll shows that Kelly has the best chance among Republican candidates of defeating Paul Hodes in a race for the U.S. Senate, 49% to 40%. Republicans will choose their candidate on September 14. Current Congressman Paul Hodes is facing no major opposition for the Democrat nomination for U.S. Senate.

On February 18 meet Kelly Ayotte and hear her position on issues impacting you, your business and the construction industry.

There has to be less big government trying to solve every problem facing the country and more emphasis on personal responsibility. When did it become so wrong to talk about personal responsibility?”

- Kelly Ayotte
