Inspection activity has increased and NH Department of Labor inspectors are active visiting contractors and verifying compliance with workers compensation regulations, including the proper classification of employee vs. independent contractor, as well as compliance with wage and hour regulations. It is important to understand the regulations and to be aware of the inspection process to avoid fines and penalties that will impact the cost of operating your business.

ABC has scheduled a workshop with representatives from the NH Department of Labor to provide information and to support compliance efforts. Regulations, interpretations, the inspection process and the opportunity to ask questions about your operations will be provided.
