The Future Leaders in Construction (FLiC) program has been developed recognizing that the future of your company and the construction industry is dependent on effective leadership.

Classes are held once per month from October through May. The first class is scheduled in-person Tuesday, October 20, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

Your safety matters - we will be following Safety & Social Distancing protocols. We are looking into alternative options for our Vermont members and those driving more than 1.5 hours for in-person sessions.
